We select only the best grade cheese and use fresh fine produce that will enhance our cheese experience for you.
The West Country of England hosts some of the most artisan food producers and inspiring chefs whose influence, helps us create a delicious array of ideas for recipes and marriages of ingredients to complement our cheeses.
We finely pick, peel, cut and dice our ingredients; marinate fruits in wines; crumble our cheese and fold in to make the perfect blend.
We are a fussy and conscientious bunch of cheese makers.
We hand scoop, patter and press our cheese into moulds to allow the flavours to develop and mature.
Once matured these are cut by hand and prepared ready for packaging.
