Windyridge Cheese Ltd is a growing cheese wholesaler, based near Wincanton, Somerset. Primarily farmers, dealing in Beef and Cereals, we have diversified into this small business, employing four people from the local area.

We specialise in producing hand made flavoured cheese, boasting a range of approximately thirty varieties.

The cheddar we use in our flavoured cheeses is selected from the West Country, which we then add flavouring to.

All our products are made with local produce.

Windyridge Ltd attend many food fairs and we are members of Taste of the West.

Taste of the West members are recognised throughout the region and nationally for producing an exciting and innovative array of premium quality food and drink products.

• 'Dartboards' - a round of eight cheeses in wedges that give the appearance of a Dartboard

• 'Red Hot Wheels' - similar to our 'Dartboards' but containing hot and spicy cheeses such as Cheddar & Garlic and Spicy Tom

• a range of Chutneys, Pickles and Preserves

• a unique range of Green Pepper and Red Tomato Waxed 'Fruits', which have been featured on 'Ready Steady Cook'
